Network Marketers shoud be aware of new fax regulations scheduled to take effect August 25th, 2003. Under the new regulations, a business will be required to have a signed permission form on hand prior to faxing a recipient. Penalties for violating these new regulations range from $500 to $11,000 per fax.
If you market by fax, please take these new regulations into account, and revise their marketing plans accordingly.
