Every product sale and/or telephone qualified product or business opportunity inquiry should be sent a follow-up response package by mail. Here is what I recommend that you include in your basic mail-out package:
1- Journey To Foundational Health booklet (28 pg)
1- Audio Cassette--"America's Unbalanced Diet" by Dr. David Friedman
1- Cover letter from you which begins to establish a personal relationship... and asks the customer/lead to take a specific action.
1- MMM Reprint (Money Makers Monthly reprint)
1- Any other inclosure or literature that you feel is an important selling or informational tool.
1- A promotional product (advertising specialty) that has all your contact information... i.e. a refridgerator magnet, note pads, pens, etc.
I mail out these "Profit-Kits" in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope. Give the prospect ample time to receive the package and then do a telephone follow-up. Remember... The Money Is In The Follow-up! Here's a quick tip: You will be able to project your number of new distributor sign-ups over time by knowing how many "Profit-Kits" you have sent. The more kits are in the works... the more distributors you will sign up. My goal is to put out at least 5 new kits per day... more if possible.
Warning: Do Not do cold mailings. Send only to telephone qualified prospects. It is far too expensive to do cold mailings with this kit... besides it just does not work. Let the web sites sift and sort for you and deliver quality leads. You then re-qualify with a quick phone call. On the basis of the results of your qualifying telephone follow-up you decide who gets mailed the kit. Always send the full kit to every retail customer. Much of your re-order strength will be determined by whether or not you mail out the information kit to retail customers.
