USE YOUR PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS...

If you have a professional degree or certification you might want to consider using that fact to boost your credibility with prospects.

For example: we have a number of Registered Nurses, Dentists, Chiropractors, Attorneys, etc in the network. If you are one of those... or have any specialty certification in a relevant field... add that designation to your signature files, on your brochures, booklets, labels, etc. By adding RN, DDS, MD, JD, DC, etc. to your name you gain an instant shot of credibility and believability that you might not have otherwise... at least initially. You paid a lot of money and worked hard to earn those designations... you might as well use them to your advantage.

As an aside... you should know that the fastest growing group of people joining network marketing companies are "professionals". You'll find a great book on the subject entitled "The New Professionals" in the book section of the www.successwithseasilver.com website. This highly educated group is fast becoming disgruntled with "tradiing time for dollars"... and are seeking alternative revenue streams with residual income and, most importantly, time freedom.

I found "credentials" useful recently when I was discussing some elements of soil depletion and nutrient loss with a distributor prospect on the phone. I mentioned that I had a BSc degree in Agriculture and that part of my academic experience was in soil analysis. That led to a brief discussion on the importance of supplementation because of depletion and downgrading of the nutrient value of foods. When the prospect heard that I had a level of knowledge and experience directly related to that fact he became much more open and conversational on the phone.

By the way... he is now a new Seasilver distributor. :-)
