Effective 8am PST, Seasilver will begin the initial resumption of operations. The Carlsbad Call Center and the Seasilver.com website will both be operational to take orders. The Company has brought back over 300 employees to man the call center and other administrative functions, but we will not yet be at full force.

Since we do not yet have a full staff, please use the website as much as possible to place orders. We will post on the website on Monday July 21, 2003 detailed FAQs regarding the FTC and FDA actions as they relate to the resumption of business. In the meantime, please do not ask call center personnel questions about these legal matters - call center personnel are not authorizeAn important aspect of the Stipulated Preliminary Injunction with the FTC is the requirement that Seasilver take steps to insure d to field such questions.
