One of the most requested forms from my SuperSponsoring Workshops was the form I used to get prospects pre-sold, leaning forward, and wanting desperately for the meeting to offer a way for extra income.
Many prospects who filled out the form wanted to join even before the opportunity meeting started.
I think you could even use this form on telephone calls. Simply ask the prospect the three simple questions on the
form, and wait for the prospect to say:
"I sure hope your opportunity can solve my problem."
