Dear Seasilver Customer / Associate,
They say timing is everything, and unfortunately, that works both ways!
Seasilver has seen some tremendous growth and success in many of our programs, the Co-op, the Follow-up Program, the V.I.P Program, all coming together and paying off at the right time!
On the other side of things, Seasilver very recently experienced a minor internal bump in the road, which, unfortunately, had the potential to turn into a major concern.
During a planned and scheduled server upgrade, consolidation, and reconfiguration, several problems occurred which had serious implications in our ability to communicate and to our external image.
Keep in mind, our highest priority is security and reliability of your INTERNAL data, and at no time was there any risk or stoppage in internal processes. In other words, orders were verified, placed under proper sponsorship, and in the appropriate time frame for appropriate qualifications.
In the mind of a Technician, something that is 99% done is almost complete. However, the remaining 1% has affected the Internet web pages, and the printing and fulfillment of a small percentage of invoices. Understandably, the external perception is based on what you see!
Seasilver's main communication has evolved to email, web pages, or online replays of our update calls. That's also the most visible to our customer and distributor base.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that this has affected your perception, but we appreciate your understanding and patience during our upgrades while we are resolving these matters.
