In my opinion, this is responsible for the continued struggles of many network marketers. 'Duplication' does NOT create a culture of teamwork, but rather dependency and downline management.
When I began my network marketing career in a giant of a company, I was enrolled on the monthly motivational CD training program. There was a CD titled 'Duplication', a motivational speech by a well known leader in the company. I remember him saying 'if it doesn't work for everybody, it doesn't work for anybody!'"...
