THE POWER OF "THANK YOU"...
When is the last time you sent a "thank you" note to your customer base?
Nothing fancy required... just a simple thank you note that you can pick up at any Walmart or stationery store.
Customers are buried in bills, invoices, dunning notices, solicitations, etc. A small personal note of thanks goes a long way to establishing you as a caring person to do business with... and will result in increased customer retention... and continued business. That translates directly to PROFITS FOR YOU.
Try doing a quarterly mail out program to your customers... include something useful like a pen, keychain, small calendar... with your contact info "courtesy of" and your "thank you for your business" message. Make sure you include your business card with each mailing.
You will notice an immediate increase in your customer retention rate... and an increase in referrals!
